The Offella di Riso Melotti is a traditional Veronese dessert, made following an ancient recipe with natural leavening. It is very soft thanks to the use of rice flour, it is very reminiscent of the typical Christmas 'Pandoro' but is enriched with a delicious rice cream. This artisanal 'Pandoro' from Verona is a very soft dessert to be enjoyed!
Ingredients: rice cream filling 20% (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, butter, egg yolk, low-fat milk, thickener: pectin, ethyl alcohol, modified starch, rice flour, flavorings), wheat flour, fresh eggs , butter, sugar, rice flour (9%), natural yeast (wheat), glucose syrup, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh egg yolk, cocoa butter, salt, skimmed milk powder, flavorings natural, preservative: sorbic acid.
May contain traces of almonds, nuts, pistachios, soya and gluten
Storage: store in a cool dry place
