Rice based Chocolate Truffles

From the love for rice of the Melotti family, the artisan recipe of the Melotti Rice Tartufini was born. Delicious handmade truffles produced following an ancient recipe that involves slow processing, the sweet dough enriched with puffed rice and hazelnuts, is left to rest for a whole night before processing can continue with care until the creation of the Sweet Truffles one by one. Soft white chocolates, ideal for a sweet break, children's favorites!

  Ingredients: 60% white chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural vanilla flavor), hazelnuts (whole and in paste), grains of puffed rice 5%, sugar- Gluten free product, manifactured in a non-sterile environment.

Conservation: cool (4 ° - 17 °), dry and ventilated

Best before: 6 months from the processing date
