Obtained from the fermentation of Vialone Nano rice, Melotti Rice Vinegar is rich in vitamins and important nutrients.

A valid light ally, without sacrificing taste: it is fat-free. Melotti Rice Vinegar contains a good dose of B vitamins and various mineral salts such as Potassium, Calcium, Manganese, Iron and Magnesium. Our immune defenses also benefit from its use: it is an important antiseptic combined with healthy food.

How to use: ideal dressing for salads, fish, meat and sweet and sour dishes thanks to its complex and intense flavor.

Excellent for creating and balancing the taste of sauces to which it gives an acidulous but delicate note, to flavor vegetables, legumes and cereals without resorting to salt.
