When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders within 3 business days of order confirmation and payment. When your order is shipped via DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If for some reason you do not receive an email from the carrier, please contact us at melotti@melotti.it and we will get back to you. The delivery window is 1-5 business days.


What happens if I have to change an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can try to amend it. Please contact us immediately by sending us an e-mail at melotti@melotti.it or call us at our office from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:30 at +39 045 7300444 .Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.


Is it possible to indicate a delivery address other than mine?

If your order is a gift and you want to send it to an address other than yours, enter your address as the main "billing" address and the recipient's address in the "delivery address" item.


Do you ship all over Italy? And abroad?

Yes, shipments are active throughout Italy, over 25 euros of products are free, otherwise the cost is € 5.00. We also reach those who are further away for this reason we also carry out expeditions throughout Europe at a cost of 29.90 with a minimum purchase of 25 euros, otherwise the cost is € 39.90. Are your products gluten-free?

Our Rice and our Rice Flours are 100% gluten-free products, processed in an environment free of gluten contamination.

For all other products, you can find the list of ingredients and allergens in the "description" tab within each product.

For a faster search, you can select the GLUTEN FREE filter on our online shop.


Is the rice all of your production?

Yes! All the Rice we sell is grown, processed and packaged directly in our family rice mill in Isola della Scala, Verona. Our reality is an example of a unique short chain on a national level and not only for development, creativity and maximum expression of multifunctionality linked to the world of Rice.


Where can I find your Rice at the best price?

You can find the best price per kg of Vialone Nano, Carnaroli Rice and all our products at the Bottega in our Rice Mill.

Alternatively, you can order our Rice on our shop online, shipping is free above 25.00 euros of products.
