TERMS OF SALE
Purchases made on the website www.melotti.it owned by Riso Melotti srl, located in Via Tondello 59 - 37063 Isola della Scala (VR) Italy, are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale:
The contract stipulated between Riso Melotti srl and the customer ends with the acceptance of the order by Riso Melotti srl. In the absence of further communications from the customer via e-mail or in any other form and in any case in writing, acceptance is tacit. By placing an order, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment set out below.
1 - Acceptance of orders:
The orders received become binding from the moment in which the customer receives the confirmation, via e-mail, that the entire order process has been completed regularly: the payment has been authorized and the products are available. We recommend that you print the order confirmation received and keep it. In case of non-receipt of the email, please contact us, we will send it again as soon as possible. In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to fulfill an order received in whole or in part, we will promptly contact the customer to make the appropriate arrangements, given that the customer himself has the right to request the partial or total cancellation of the order placed and the refund of the corresponding amount already paid. If the customer's data are incomplete or inaccurate, such as to compromise the correct delivery of the products and / or the regular accounting management of the sale, we will contact them before processing the order, reserving the right not to accept the order.
2 - Minimum order:
There is no minimum amount of expenditure.
3 - Guarantees:
The characteristics of the products are shown in the on-line catalog, in the respective product sheets, and can be consulted at any time. Riso Melotti srl guarantees that the products offered for sale are free from defects and the packages are intact, not damaged or tampered with. In the event that the customer finds a defect, damage or tampering, we invite him to report it to us as soon as possible, in any case within seven days.
In any case, with regard to deteriorated or damaged products due to incorrect packaging, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the forms and terms indicated, or can request assistance in replacing the product. The products offered for sale are guaranteed by the respective manufacturers in accordance with the law.
Riso Melotti srl provides its distributor warranty in accordance with the law and is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products purchased as well as by the incompatibility of the same with allergies, pathologies or other psychophysical conditions of the customer. Riso Melotti srl also guarantees that all products offered for sale comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) regulations applicable to them.

4 - Prices and billing:
The prices, published next to each product on sale, include VAT and all other taxes and duties in force. The total amount charged is given by the sum of the prices of the products purchased (in force and published on the site at the time of the order), in addition to the contribution for delivery costs, if any.
Riso Melotti srl reserves the right to change the prices of the products and the contribution for shipping costs without prior notice, while ensuring that the prices and contributions applied will always be those in force at the time of the order.
5 - Applicable law:
All sales contracts concluded with Riso Melotti srl are intended to be concluded in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
6 - Payment:
It is possible to purchase the products and services offered by Riso Melotti srl by choosing from the following payment methods:
* Credit Card: bank circuits of the Visa and Mastercard group.
* PayPal
* Advance bank transfer: in case of payment by advance bank transfer, the products will be kept busy from the time the order is placed and that the same will be sent when the total amount is actually credited to the Riso Melotti srl account. * Cash on delivery (only for shipments in Italy): upon delivery of the ordered goods, the customer will pay the sum directly to the courier in cash or cashier's check made out to Riso Melotti srl (this service involves an additional cost contribution of € 6.00 which will be automatically added by the program during the order confirmation phase).
7 - Protection of personal data:
By registering and making purchases through the website shop.risomelotti.com, our customers' data are safe. All data is in fact transmitted in a protected form and processed with the utmost respect for the rules on the protection of personal data.
