The Offella di Riso Melotti is a traditional Veronese dessert, made following an ancient recipe with natural leavening. Ingredients: barn eggs, wheat flour, sugar, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), rice flour, 11,5%, glucose syrup, barn egg yolk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, whole milk, cocoa butter, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavours, Icing sugar in sachet 30g: sugar, wheat starch, flavours. May contain almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and soy.
Storage: store in a cool dry place
