Melotti Rice 'Mandorlato'

We have added the goodness of Verona's Vialone Nano rice to the traditional recipe of the Cologna Veneta almond, a real delicacy that cannot be missing on the tables at Christmas! The rice almond is an artisanal product worked by hand, with care and attention dedicated piece by piece, a particular process that guarantees a light, fragrant and particularly crumbly structure thanks also to the presence of puffed rice grains.
