We have added the goodness of Verona's Vialone Nano rice to the traditional recipe of the Cologna Veneta almond, a real delicacy that cannot be missing on the tables at Christmas! The rice almond is an artisanal product worked by hand, with care and attention dedicated piece by piece, a particular process that guarantees a light, fragrant and particularly crumbly structure thanks also to the presence of puffed rice grains. The selected quality of the raw materials, the careful slow roasting of the almonds as well as the dosage of honey give life to this traditional Christmas product rich in almonds and with an incredibly delicious taste that will conquer young and old.
