Riso Melotti srl makes home deliveries by express or national courier (depending on the weight and volume of the goods ordered).

Orders placed with payment by credit card, cash on delivery and PayPal are processed, with reference to the data indicated on the order confirmation that are sent by e-mail, within 1/2 working days.

Orders placed with payment by bank transfer are processed when the total amount is actually credited to the Riso Melotti srl account. The shipment of the items ordered will take place as soon as possible, normally within 24-48 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded);

if this is not possible, for example due to products temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Transport costs in Italy:

Euro 10.00 throughout Italy.

Free shipping for orders over 65.00 Euro.

Shipment cost for foreign countries (Europe and Switzerland):*

Delivery by the Courier is carried out during normal working hours and throughout the day, therefore it is necessary to indicate a complete and correct address where there is someone who can receive the shipment and a telephone number to allow the courier to contact you.

Riso Melotti srl can never be held responsible for any damage resulting from delays occurring during transport. The products will be shipped only to the address provided by the person who placed the order. In this regard, we recommend that you accurately indicate the address and telephone number of the recipient to allow the courier to contact you.

In case of "non-delivery", the courier will leave a notice of passage and will retry delivery in the following working days.

In any case, you can contact the courier to agree on any delivery times or to collect the package at the nearest courier office.

Riso Melotti srl is not responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the courier or due to force majeure (example: traffic blocks, bad weather, etc.). Furthermore, any delays will not give the buyer any right and / or title to any claim for damages. The packaging and packaging of the products are carried out by us with the utmost care and attention.

Riso Melotti srl declines all responsibility for damage caused to the goods due to incorrect transport of the package by the courier.

Any complaints for serious external damage to the package (example: completely open package, crushed neck, smashed cardboard etc.) must be immediately raised to the Courier and reported on the waybill; otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.



The shop assumes the responsibility to protect the product during transport, any damage or lack of conformity of the goods received must be reported immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days, so that the products can be replaced at no cost to the user.

Any lack of conformity following the aforementioned procedure must be reported by email or telephone within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and documented with relative photos.

In case of replacement of non-compliant products, the items must comply with the following requests:

- The items must still have the label and must be returned in their original packaging without signs of wear;

- In case of non-compliant items, they must be returned without having been opened and with the guarantee seal still intact.

the replacement is not applicable to cheeses and cured meats: as these products are fresh, they are subject to perishable conditions and, therefore, pursuant to Article 64 of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, the right of return is not applicable.

Riso Melotti Srl will not be responsible for any willingness on the part of the customer to return the product for any reason other than the aforementioned.

Right of withdrawal:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the date on which the customer came into possession of the ordered goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of the decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, the customer will be reimbursed for the payment he made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery. offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
