SPICY CHEESE WITH TOASTED RICE, WITH A PLEASANT AND DELICATE TASTE

Made with cow's milk, toasted and ground rice. Ideal accompanied with cold cuts, mustards, compotes or in addition to risotto.

Caciottina di Riso Melotti is an aromatic semi-hard cheese, produced exclusively with pasteurized cow's milk and toasted rice. It can be enjoyed alone or accompanied with honey, compotes, mustards or Melotti Rice Malt. Also ideal for filling sandwiches, pizzas and focaccias and excellent if added during the creaming phase in risottos to give the dish an aromatic note. Try it also on our Rice Polente!
