      Caciottina di Riso Melotti is an aromatic semi-hard cheese, produced exclusively with pasteurized cow's milk and toasted rice. The toasted and ground rice is added to the paste at the end of processing. Subsequently, the caciottina is vacuum packed to complete the refinement which can vary from a month or more. It can be enjoyed alone or accompanied with honey, compotes, mustards or Melotti Rice Malt. Also ideal for filling sandwiches, pizzas and focaccias and excellent if added during the creaming phase in risottos to give the dish an aromatic note. Try it also on our Rice Polente!

 Ingredients: pasteurized whole milk from Lessinia Veronese, lactic ferments, rennet, salt, toasted Vialone Nano rice

Preservation: in the fridge +4°C

Best before: 4 months from the processing date
