From the Melotti family's passion for rice and from the distillation of the precious Vialone Nano rice from the 'Bassa Veronese' area.

This Melotti Rice Distillate is produced following an artisanal method that involves production with a discontinuous system in a bain-marie and copper alembic, guaranteeing an extremely valuable product. Unlike traditional grappa, the distillate is obtained from the distillation of rice alone. It therefore presents itself with a clean taste, extremely pleasant on the palate. Ideal to be consumed after meals, excellent combined with dry desserts such as our Sbrisolona di Riso Melotti.
