This artisanal soup enhances the intense flavor of Nero Beppino rice grown in Isola della Scala by the Melotti family.
Cooking time : 50 - 60 minutes
Ingredients: Nero Beppino Rice (55%), shelled chickpeas, red azuki beans, Borlotti beans, black beans, shelled peas, brown, yellow, red lentils. May contain traces of soy and gluten.
Preparation: Bring about 2,5 l of water or vegetable broth to a boil in a saucepan, pour in the contents and cook over low heat, season with salt and oil to taste. It is advisable to rinse thoroughly in cold water before cooking. Soaking is not necessary.
