Esclusive artisan soup with 'Nero Beppino' wholegrain Rice and pulses, rich in taste and intense flavour thanks to the black rice. An ideal dish!

Perfect as a first course, ideally served with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and croutons. Try it lukewarm too, all year round.

The selected legumes are naturally gluten-free and rich in fibre and protein, which is why they are widely used in vegetarian cooking; moreover, their low fat and sugar content makes them particularly suitable for low-calorie diets.

This artisan soup brings out the intense flavour of Nero Beppino black rice, grown in Isola della Scala by the Melotti family.

Cooking time: 50 - 60 minutes
Ingredients: Nero Beppino black rice (55%), dehulled chickpeas, red azuki beans, borlotti beans, black beans, dehulled peas, dehulled brown, yellow and red lentils. May contain gluten and traces of soy.
Preparation: bring about 2.5 l of water or vegetable stock to the boil in a saucepan, pour in the contents and cook over a low heat, adding salt and oil to taste. We recommend rinsing thoroughly in cold water before cooking. No soaking required.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place
Shelf life: 6 months from the production date
