Cultivated by the Melotti Family on their Farm, in Isola della Scala. This rice variety was the first to receive the prestigious PGI
(Protected Geographical Indication) label from the  European Union. It is produced following strict cultivating
and processing standards, ensuring authenticity and superior qualities. 
Ideas for risotto: ideal for preparing creamy risottos, thanks to the natural starch released during cooking.
