The jar contains all the necessary ingredients, Vialone Nano rice, vegetables for broth and seasoning, to cook your risotto quickly without any preparation. The Vialone Nano variety is ideal for the preparation of creamed risottos as it releases abundant starch during cooking and abundantly absorbs the flavor of the sauce. The vegetables used are tasty and fresh products, dehydrated at low temperatures to enhance their organoleptic and nutritional characteristics.

Cooking time: 12 - 13 minutes
Ingredients: Melotti Vialone Nano rice, dehydrated Peppers, stock vegetables (celery, carrots, onions)
Preparation: bring 800 ml of salted water to a boil, pour in the contents of the jar, mix, cover up and leave to simmer. Off the heat, stir in a knob of butter and Grana Padano cheese to taste. The risotto is ready to be served.
