Preparation for pudding with only Vialone Nano Rice Flour and Vanilla extract. Ideal for creating desserts rich in taste thanks to the vanilla extract and highly digestible thanks to the rice flour. Creamy and delicate to be enjoyed hot or cold accompanied with fresh fruit sauce or caramel. This pudding is also ideal for celiac people.
Cooking time: 4 minutes
Ingredients: rice flour 60%, sugar, vanilla extract.
Preparation: pour the content of one packet into a saucepan. Add 500 ml of cold milk, whisking continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring continuously, until it starts to thicken. Pour into a cake pan or into smaller cups. Let cool completely before turning it over on the serving plate(s)
