The creation of this toasted Rice Salamino is inspired by the most ancient art of preserving pork. The savory rustic salami is characterized by the coarse grain and the delicate flavor of toasted rice. An ancient pleasure, simple and safe thanks to the high quality of the raw materials. It is ideal if enjoyed with our rice polenta, paired with cheeses and sauces. Also excellent with bread and derivatives such as Grissini and Melotti Rice Snack Leaves to make a special appetizer or a tasty snack.
