This artisanal soup enhances the authentic flavor of the Arborio rice grown in Isola della Scala by the Melotti family.
Cooking time : 17 - 19 minutes
Ingredients: Arborio Rice (55%), shelled chickpeas, shelled peas, brown, yellow, red lentils. May contain traces of soy and gluten.
Preparation: Bring about 2 l of water or vegetable broth to a boil in a saucepan, pour in the contents and cook over low heat, season with salt and oil to taste.
