The PlumCake di Riso Melotti are made with our Rice Flour and other genuine ingredients, thus obtaining the perfect mix of taste and well-being.

This snack is the right product for a good and simple breakfast and or for a break with a sweet and delicate flavor. If soaked in Espresso they are the ideal ingredient to make an original Tiramisu '. The convenient single-portion pack allows you to keep their freshness unaltered to consume them in complete freedom even outside the home. These PlumCake are also ideal for celiac people.

Ingredients: rice flour (11.5%), sugar, sunflower seed oil, fresh eggs, whole yogurt (6.5%), potato starch, humectant: glycerol, apricot preparation (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot purée, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavourings), corn starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), dried egg white, whole milk powder, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourings.

May contain nuts, mustard and soy.

Preservation: store in a cool and dry place with a temperature of not more than 25° C
