The PlumCake di Riso Melotti are made with our Rice Flour and other genuine ingredients, thus obtaining the perfect mix of taste and well-being.

This snack is the right product for a good and simple breakfast and or for a break with a sweet and delicate flavor. Moreover, if soaked in our Rice Espresso they are the ideal ingredient to make an original Tiramisu '. The convenient single-portion pack allows you to keep their freshness unaltered to consume them in complete freedom even outside the home. These PlumCake are also ideal for celiac people.

Ingredients: rice flour 24%, sugar, sunflower oil, fresh eggs, full cream yogurt (7%), potato starch, food fiber: chicory inulin, rehydrated whole milk powder, raising agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, stabilizer: sorbitol, glucose syrup, milk proteins, emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, favourings,thikener: guar gum. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS AND SOYA PRODUCTS
