It is very creamy, delicate, versatile: excellent! It provides 30% of calories from fat less than a traditional mayonnaise. It does not contain cholesterol, eggs, gluten or lactose. It is perfect to be paired with vegetables, fish and meat allowing people who have no the possibility to eat the traditional mayonnaise to enjoy the flavour of this creamy and tasty sauce. Ideal for people who cannot eat eggs.

Ingredients: Sunflower seed oil, Water, Rice Flour (3,9%), Apple Vinegar, Mustard sauce (water, mustard yellow seeds, alcohol vinegar, sea salt, mustard brown seeds, spices), Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice, Wine Vinegar, Thickener: xantan gum.

Preservation: store in a cool and dry place

Best before: 18 months from the processing date
