Tender and crumbly thanks to the use of rice flour alone, also ideal with creams or grappas.

From the love for rice and the passion for good food, the artisanal recipe of the Sbrisolona di Riso Melotti is born. Made with only stone-ground Vialone Nano Rice Flour and a few other genuine ingredients, it is very reminiscent of the traditional Mantuan sbrisolona recipe but thanks to the very fine Rice Flour it is extremely light and crumbly.

This delicious cake can be enjoyed at any time of the day, for breakfast, as a snack or as an excellent dessert if combined with a glass of grappa or custard.

Ingredients: rice flour 60%, butter, sugar, almonds.
