A typical Italian oven-baked handmade salty snack prepared with rice flour and hand-stretched.
The Schiacciatina di Riso Melotti is born following the typical recipe of the Mantuan tradition, known for its particular fragrance.Precisely to preserve this characteristic it is ironed by hand with a completely artisanal technique. The ingredients are genuine and healthy like our Vialone Nano Rice Flour. Natural vegetable oils replace the lard of the classic recipe, enhancing its taste more and making it lighter. Fragrant and tasty, they are ideal as a substitute for bread or as a tantalizing snack accompanied with cold cuts, cheeses and sauces.
Ingredients: "0" type soft wheat flour, core (rice flour, powdered milk, rice grains), water, vegetable oils and fats (olive oil, sunflower oil), fresh yeast, sea salt, malt MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGGS, SESAME AND NUTS
Preservation: store in a cool and dry place
Best before: 6 months from the processing date
