Blonde Craft Beer made with Rice “Nova”

Nova is a light and thirst-quenching beer, brewed at low temperatures, produced with the Vialone Nano rice, really refreshing and highly digestible thanks to the rice. Nova undergoes to a natural process necessary to eliminate the gluten inside reducing its concentration under 20 ppm (parts per million).

Completely gluten free.

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, Vialone Nano rice (30%), wheat malt, hops, yeast

Preservation: store in a cool and dry place away from light
 

Best before: 24 months from the processing
