Lilla' Rice 500 g

This rice with its distinctive lilac-coloured grain is obtained from the initial processing of the unique "Nero Beppino" black rice.

Thanks to a combination of mechanical and  traditional processing methods, most of its natural fibre

is preserved, making it rich in vitamins and proteins. 

Ideas for risotto: Boil in abundant salted water, then drain when cooked. Combine with your pre-prepared sauce in a pan.

Cooking time: 17 - 19 minutes

Storage: store in a cool (4°C - 17°C) and dry place
