Rice Melotti biscuits are prepared in an artisanal way with precious and genuine ingredients such as our stone ground Vialone Nano Rice Flour. Ideal for any occasion, they recall the unmistakable taste of cookies prepared by the grandmother. Excellent for breakfast or as an excellent dessert when paired with fruit, creams or paired with a sweet wine.
Ingredients: rice flour 42%, butter, sugar, eggs, salt, lemon flavouring, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate,cornstarch), manufactured in a facility that handles cereals conteining gluten, soy, nuts, milk, sesame and eggs.
Gluten free product, manifactured in a non-sterile environment.
Preservation: store in a cool and dry place
Best before: 6 months for the processing date
