It could be used as natural sweetener instead of honey or sugar, syrup derived from germination process of rice and barley.
Melotti Rice Malt is a sweetening syrup based on rice and malted barley, an excellent alternative to be enjoyed in place of honey or sugar to sweeten desserts and drinks.
It can also be spread on wholemeal rice cakes, bread or rusks for a healthy, nutritious and energy-rich breakfast. Also added to the dough, it gives a golden color and promotes leavening.
May contain trace of gluten

Preservation: store in a cool and dry place
Best before: 24 months from the processing date
