Red Onion Cream with Rice Vinegar

An onion cream having a unique flavour thanks to Melotti rice vinegar. The red onions are caramelized with sugar and the rice vinegar giving a delicate sweet and sour taste. Ideal to be paired with boiled or stewed meat. Completely gluten-free.

Ingredients: manually processed red onions (79%), sugar, evo oil, rice vinegar  (sulphites) (7%), wine must, salt. Produced in a factory using nuts, mustard, celery and sulphite.

May contain traces of dried fruit. 

Preservation: store in a cool and dry place

Best before: 24 months from the processing date
