A new recipe for our Sbrisolona crafted with Vialone Nano rice polenta, mixed with corn and almond flour for an irresistible crunch.
The rice polenta gives our "Mini Sbrisoline" a texture that is very similar to the traditional Mantuan sbrisolona.
Presented in small packaging of three, these small cakes are perfect
for a sweet break, a refined breakfast bor a delicious dessert paired with some grappa or served with some crème patissière. 
  
Ingredients: Vailone Nano rice polenta 58%, corn flour, almond flour, butter, white sugar, salt, Bourbon vanilla extract.
