Thanks to the extremely artisanal production technique, the Melotti Rice Pasta keeps cooking very well and preserves the nutrients of the Rice, it also has a fast cooking, about 8/9 minutes. It is made with rice flour and water only, which is why it is highly digestible and suitable for a healthy and genuine diet. This product is completely gluten-free, therefore also excellent for celiac people. Try them with the Cacio e Pepe ready sauce, you can find it in our food storage!
Cooking time: 8-9 minutes
Ingredients: rice flour, water
Preparation: bring to the boil abundant salt water and pour the product, cook it for a few minutes and drain the rice pasta.
Serve hot with seasonings to taste.
