Thanks to the extremely artisanal production technique, the Melotti Rice Pasta keeps cooking very well and preserves the nutrients of the Rice, it also has a fast cooking, about 8/9 minutes. It is made with black rice flour and water only, which is why it is highly digestible and suitable for a healthy and genuine diet. This product is completely gluten-free, therefore also excellent for celiac people. Perfect with seafood or vegetables! Try them also with the Truffle Melotti sauce, you can find it in our food storage!

Cooking time: 8-9 minutes

Ingredients: black rice flour, water

Preparation: bring to the boil abundant salt water and pour the product, cook it for a few minutes and drain the rice pasta.

Serve hot with seasonings to taste.

Preservation: store in a cool (4°C - 17°C) dry place

Best before: 36 months from the processing date
