Artisan Melotti Rice Beer “La Novella”

The craft beer of Riso Melotti 'La Novella' is made with the addition of malted barley and unmalted Vialone Nano rice. It is a particularly light and thirst-quenching drink suitable as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to appetizers. Ideal with fish dishes, red meats and aged cheeses. This beer is also ideal for celiac people.
