Product Details

The Offella di Riso Melotti is a traditional Veronese dessert, made following an ancient recipe with natural leavening. It is very soft thanks to the use of rice flour, it is very reminiscent of the typical Christmas 'Pandoro' . A classic and artisanal 'Pandoro' from Verona, a very soft dessert to be enjoyed!

Ingredients: barn eggs, wheat flour, sugar, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), rice flour, 11,5%, glucose syrup, barn egg yolk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, whole milk, cocoa butter, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavours, Icing sugar in sachet 30g: sugar, wheat starch, flavours. May contain almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and soy.

Storage: store in a cool dry place

Best before: 4 months from the processing date
