- Red Craft Beer made with Rice “Rosa”

Rosa is an amber-coloured, aromatic and full-bodied beer, brewed at high temperatures, produced with the wholegrain red rice “Rosso Rosetta” and highly digestible thanks to the rice. Rosa undergoes to a natural process necessary to eliminate the gluten inside reducing its concentration under 20 ppm (parts per million). Perfect for people who suffer from celiac disease.

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, Rosso Rosetta rice (30%), hops, yeast

Preservation: store in a cool place. Excellent if tasted at a maximum temperature of 5° C

Best before: 24 months from the processing date
