From the love and passion of the Melotti family for rice, the Beppini of Riso Melotti, very thin and crunchy, salty snacks with a triangular shape, produced with wholemeal Nero Beppino rice without yeast and not fried, excellent for a healthy and genuine diet. Ideal as a substitute for bread in combination with sauces and cold cuts, for a tantalizing aperitif or for a tasty break. This snack is also ideal for celiac people.
