This ready-to-cook risotto mix contains all the ingredients you need in one convenient jar - including Vialone Nano rice along with a mix of vegetables for broth. The Vialone Nano variety is perfect for preparing creamy risottos as it releases an abundant amount of starch during cooking and absorbs the ingredient flavour. The vegetables have been dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve their organoleptic and nutritional properties.
No added salt, no preservatives, no artificial colours and flavours.
Cooking time: 12 - 13 minutes
Method: bring 800 ml of salted water or vegetable broth to a boil in a pot. Add the entire contents of the jar (the rice and the dehydrated vegetables) to the boiling liquid. Stir and cover the pot. Cook for 12 minutes and then turn off the heat. Stir in some butter and Grana Padano cheese to taste. The risotto is ready to be served.
(recommended for 2/3 servings)
Preservation: store in a cool (4°C - 17°C) and dry place
