Cookies Melotti with Cocoa, Coconut and dark Chocolate

Cooking behaviour: delicious cookies to prepare for any occasion. Also ideal for breakfast, snack or as an excellent dessert when combined with creams.
Cooking time: 12 - 15 minutes
Ingredients: Vialone Nano rice flour, Nero Beppino Rice flour, sugar cane, cocoa, coconuts, dark chocolate chips. Contains nuts.
Ingredients to add: 1 egg, 100 g of butter, 8 g of yeast, 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation:in a bowl mix the contents of the jar with the rest of the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture with which to form balls as you like. Place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press them lightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 ° C. Allow to cool and serve with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
Preservation: cool (4°C - 17°C) and dry place
