Delicious biscuits with an intense flavor enriched with very fine drops of dark chocolate, fine cocoa and grated coconut. To be prepared for any occasion, also ideal for breakfast, snack or as an excellent dessert if combined with creams. The Melotti rice flours used are obtained by stone grinding the Vialone Nano and Nero Beppino rice, a process that allows to keep the organoleptic characteristics intact thanks to slow processing. Fibers, vitamins, minerals are fully preserved.
Thanks to the rice flour these cookies are simple and genuine, without the addition of other starches.
Cooking time: 12 - 15 minutes
Ingredients: Vialone Nano rice flour, Nero Beppino Rice flour, sugar cane, cocoa, coconuts, dark chocolate chips. Contains nuts.
Ingredients to add: 1 egg, 100 g of butter, 8 g of yeast, 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation:in a bowl mix the contents of the jar with the rest of the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture with which to form balls as you like. Place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press them lightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 ° C. Allow to cool and serve with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
